Dr. Goldman is not an accountant and her advice is no substitution for speaking with your accountant regarding the financial implications of your appraisal.

Walkthrough & Catalogue

Dr. Goldman assists her clients in cataloguing their personal property and examines their works on-site or in a virtual format. Every piece is carefully reviewed and documented with the attention it deserves.

If an appraisal has been mutually decided as the next course of action, Dr. Goldman will develop a contract detailing the remaining steps, the fee structure, and the projected timeline — so there are no surprises.
