This is a pre-appraisal opportunity for a client to meet with Dr. Goldman and discuss what they can do with their items. A Walkthrough is a cost-effective alternative that is not an appraisal and does not result in an appraisal document.
It is a chance for the client to make informed decisions about their possessions and how they will be disseminated — without committing to a full appraisal engagement.
